That is your response to making a ridiculous statement about Harris? Talking total gibberish. Wow.
Here. Eat up!
"The CRS has previously concluded that the “Supreme Court has yet to decide how the Citizenship Clause applies to the children of aliens who lack lawful permanent resident status.” It did not discuss how the debate would affect a person’s eligibility for presidential office."
So you are saying that you do not care what is constitutional, nor do you care what the majority of Americans, or the majority of the electoral college, wants.
Might makes right in your book.
Just change your status to monarchist and be done with it. Why bother with the arguments about what is right, just, or legal if none of it matters in your viewpoint?

At least you are not talking about chinese baby bombs. We are making progress! The way it stands now is if you are born on US soil and have a US birth certificate you are a US citizen. With that one can get a SS number and drivers license when old enough, etc. If the SCOTUS rules on it differently or congress takes it up anything is possible. But I am going on the reality now. They are not going to retroactively revoke citizenship's for people born here and living 60 years in America.
I am not fan of Kamala Harris. She is far left. But she is an American citizen. Case closed.

There is a difference between U.S. citizen and U.S. Natural Born Citizen.
You are also attempting to merge "U.S. Native Born Citizenship" with U.S. Natural Born Citizenship.
The element missing in your sway, is the whom or thing the fathers of said, had with allegiance to, at the time of the said U.S. born citizen. Barack Obama's father at the time the thing was born, was in allegiance with Kenya/Britain. Barack Obama was NOT a Natural Born Citizen of the United States. He "may" have been a native born citizen of the United States, but definitely NOT a Natural Born Citizen of the United States.
Barck Obama was not natural.
Same goes for Kamala Harris.
Both were a bit tinged with the U.K., eh?

Them Brits just never give up their possessions, do they?

Tee hee hee - You're exposing yourself!
Didn't your Liberal Monarchy teach you to cover your, you know, your, self?
You're doing yourself! Talk about self fish, just look at yourself!
Your zipper is unzipped.
A Natural Born Citizen of the United States must be a true blue American, to be eligible for the presidency and the vice presidency. True blue for the Republican form of Government.
What were Democrats (liberals) were red, and the Republicans (conservatives) were blue. The colors were switched, to confuse the public. I grew up during the 50s, when it was commonly said amongst Republicans that they would rather be dead than red. The communist countries were, and still are, red. The Chinese girl (Yuan) where I worked at the lab, told me that the Red Book and the red flags in China represent the blood of her people.
Find out who switched the political colors of the American politics.

Exactly. The supreme court has not made a decision on this matter. De Facto standard here to recognize precedent in this case. This has already been set to children born in the United States to alien parents to be natural born citizens.
I know liberals disagree with this... but, they don't like laws as it is and will claim otherwise.
This is an uncommonly silly and pointless discussion.
Why do you think so?
