But an Inuit born in the U.S. by Canadian Intuit parents just living in the U.S. for a short period of time, would not qualify as a U.S. citizen due to the Wong Kim Ark decision.

Hey, Natives are Natives.
And some native North American First Nations can move back and forth from the artificial line drawn between Canada and the USA because of treaties. Without a passport, although they do need some form of secure ID.

No, this is exactly incorrect. If a child is born in the US, unless they are the child of a foreign diplomat on diplomatic assignment. Your desire to restrict citizenship rights is contrary to long established law, and you are making claims that are diametrically opposite to SCOTUS decisions.
Any child born in the US is a citizen, and can be president.
You are just wrong, and willfully misrepresenting the law.
It reminds me of the discussions/arguments my roommates our first year in law school would have when they'd smoked too much pot. A not uncommon experience in Berkeley in the late 70's.

Many British citizens baby-dropped their spawn into the United States for the purpose of regaining their colonial States back to being a region of the United Kingdom.
The internal adoption of the Constitution precluded any British attempt of using British Baby Bombs to eventually becoming presidents of the United States.
The Natural Born Citizen requirement prohibits the election of any person to be President not having both parents United States citizens at the time of the person's birth in the United States of America.
Barack Obama never was President of the United States, thank goodness! He was a presider of something entirely different.
Any laws signed by B.O. are invalid.
"In 2012, Abdul Karim Hassan filed several unsuccessful lawsuits that claimed the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment had superseded the natural-born-citizen clause; he had argued natural-born citizenship was a form of discrimination based on national origin." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natura...citizen_clause

Rationalized citizens are not eligible to be President of the United States.
