No, this is exactly incorrect. If a child is born in the US, unless they are the child of a foreign diplomat on diplomatic assignment. Your desire to restrict citizenship rights is contrary to long established law, and you are making claims that are diametrically opposite to SCOTUS decisions.
Any child born in the US is a citizen, and can be president.
