Well, she has fodder to the comedians. When even Giuliani has to shut her up as she as a witness starts to interrogate Rep. Johnson (GOP); Trump is desperate. This is what the GOP has become, a dark comedy but we don't know the ending.
Who says they won’t? They haven’t been subpoenaed (and judges won’t permit any trials to proceed). And their affidavits are identical to sworn testimony, subjecting them to prison if they lied.

Let Giuliani take them to court as witnesses then. If they're so compelling as witnesses to fraud, why hasn't he taken them before when he didn't even CLAIM fraud?
That is my hope, too. I pray that the SCOTUS will take this case.
The problem is, there are at least 500 people who witnessed incidents of fraud. The only way to do it is to perhaps call up a few who saw the most heinous incidents, and have the clerks summarize the hundreds of others.
There are people who claim they witnessed fraud. Just like the postal carrier who recanted when things got serious, or the guy in Georgia who recanted when he had to raise his hand before a judge. Nothing has been found credible by court of law, which is where it counts.
SCOTUS would toss this hearsay garbage just like everyone else has.
It’s hilarious how deranged Trump supporters rush to believe an inebriated woman who claims she witnessed massive fraud without actual evidence of substantial vote count discrepancies, yet they resolutely demand proof that Trump called deceased troops losers and suckers, or better yet, vehemently deny the audio recording of Trump admitting he lied to Americans about the seriousness of COVID.
