Who says they won’t? They haven’t been subpoenaed (and judges won’t permit any trials to proceed). And their affidavits are identical to sworn testimony, subjecting them to prison if they lied.

You’re accusing them of being unwilling to appear in court, when they haven’t been asked!!!

Clashes ensued. James Frego, a 57-year-old bankruptcy attorney, said in an affidavit that he blocked a police officer from closing a door at the convention center and asked how many poll challengers were inside. The officer said the room was at capacity. Frego said he was then pulled away, handcuffed, put in a police car and issued a misdemeanor citation for disturbing the peace. Another man sa

How does SHE know they’re lying? They are recounting the fraud they attested to in their affidavits, under perjury.

That particular Dem is running scared.

I want the truth to come out, whichever side wins or loses.

If they are credible witnesses, they should be asked to be in court to present their evidence. The sooner the better.

You’re quoting from a rabid anti-Trump publication.

Have you listened to ANY of these hearings? Witnesses are telling how large rooms with 100 tables had two GOP in total! How they were out behind a fence! How when one of them was told to leave and get a snack, and when he came back, they locked him out? How Dems were hunted over tables, filling in ballots, and no GOP observers allowed to see what crap they were pulling?

It is DISGUSTING how the Dems marginalized and demonized GOP observers. Did you hear them tell how they’ve been threatened, and cursed at?

That is my hope, too. I pray that the SCOTUS will take this case.

The problem is, there are at least 500 people who witnessed incidents of fraud. The only way to do it is to perhaps call up a few who saw the most heinous incidents, and have the clerks summarize the hundreds of others.

Because it may come down to the state governors objecting to the electors being chosen, which can result in the election being thrown to the U.S. House of Representatives. And they would choose the President.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBgw-eEK30w

And... Dems, don't get your hopes up. The US House of Reps vote on this issue, is done state by state, with each state getting ONE vote.

And while there are more Democrat representatives than Republican representatives, There are more Republican-majority state delegations of Representative, than Democrat-majority.

So, if Giuliani can get enough of these testimonials out, under oath (as all witnesses' affidavits have been), The governors will realize that the Democrats blatantly cheated on MILLIONS of ballots, and when it is time to decide whether the Electors votes should be taken as is, they will realize they shouldn't be.

Does that answer your question?

Did you bother to watch this hearing? So are you calling this witness a liar? Is it her skin color that makes you accuse her of lying? Maybe her accent? She is a witness to voter fraud. She details how that she and others like her were instructed daily by the supervisors to back date the applications for mail in ballots. This happened every day for over 2 weeks with thousands and thousands of votes.

You leftists don't want this to be exposed. You want a Communist in the WH.

Why would they appear in this dog and pony show?

If they're asked to appear in court, they will.

From the perspective of the rational world, you don't give this movement any credibility by acknowledging it.

It's like we all avert our eyes and walk past the crazy man on the street screaming at you. Just ... keep walking.
