The reactions experienced so far are about on-par with other vaccines.

Localized soreness, some fatigue, that kind of thing, lasting up to a couple days.

Allergic reactions are more rare, and are experienced by those who (surprise!) are highly allergic to other vaccines or are allergic to one of the ingredients that make up this vaccine. When you read about someone who got the vaccine and then used their Epi pen because they were experiencing an allergic reaction, that should tell you something--people who carry Epi pens with them have severe allergies to one or more things that could be life-threatening. That's why they carry an Epi pen in the first place. Not all that mysterious.

Just like when you go for a flu shot you're asked if you have any allergy or sensitivity to egg products, since the flu shot was made with that particular ingredient as part of its development. If you say "yes" then you are not given the flu shot.

Dr. Yount has experience with both the syncytin proteins as well as SARS-CoV-2.

"Yount said the COVID vaccines do not contain syncytin-1 protein or mRNA encoding syncytin-1, and thus there is no reason to think that an immune response against syncytin-1 would be developed."

I think he is credible.

Just an FYI but there is now egg free flu vaccine.

https://www.cdc.gov/flu/prevent/egg-...%20and%20older)

"For the 2019-2020 flu season, there are two vaccines licensed for use that are manufactured without the use of eggs and are considered egg-free:

Flublok Quadrivalent (licensed for use in adults 18 years and older)
Flucelvax Quadrivalent (licensed for use in people 4 years and older)"

I also heard a rumor a healthcare worker suffered a sprained ankle after getting the COVID vaccine. Just more proof we must stop the administration of this vaccine immediately.

good to know!

The pharmacy where I got my flu shot asked about egg allergies on the standard form they use. It's not a concern for me, so I didn't ask what variant they were using.
