Assuming President Trump does not first resign (so Mr. Pence can pardon him), I predict that after Mr. Biden is sworn in as President, that within an hour Mr. Trump will attempt to exert Presidential authority, such as announcing new pardons, trying to issue an executive order, or the like.

Warp Speed is, predictably like everything else Trump, failing miserably at getting the shots in people's arms. When it was up to the private sector producers, things moved along but now all across the country it is breaking down at the local level. The goal of 20 million vaccinations by the end of the year is nowhere near being achieved. It's gonna take Biden and his experienced staff that understand how to turn the gears of government to turn it around.
