You have no idea who did the rioting, burning and looting this summer. They weren't carrying signs like the Trump supporters were today. We KNOW who they are. And we know who demanded they do what they did.
I voted for him not because I liked him but because I questioned Biden’s abilities and didn’t think Harris was a good choice for VP given Biden’s age. However, I am appalled by his childish behavior since he lost the election. His temper tantrums and petulant tweets are not in the best interest of this country. Thankfully, there are cooler Republican heads including VP Pence and Republican members of Congress. I would hope he could be removed. We need adults to get us through this Pandemic and help people back to work. This is so shameful that a President would encourage this attack upon our Capitol.
sadly, Biden doesn’t have a plan. It’s probably going to be “we should shut everything down and then come up with metrics for re-opening later, because... science!”
President snowflake dog whistle has been planning to get his stupid followers rioting. He's been sending the signal for weeks. It's been on Twitter, it's been elsewhere. None of this was an original idea of his followers---he orchestrated it and did so to boost his ego and make himself feel better.
He's had 2 major goals:
- Destroy as many things as possible on his way out, including as much of D.C. and anyone who is in government
- Grift as much $$$$$ as possible. He's managed to fool his base into giving him $300+ million. Not to fight "election fraud," but to line his own pockets. A "billionaire" needs 'muricans to send their social security money to him and they did. Idiots.
He's enjoying all of it and only pretending to want this violence to stop.
He knows full well he lost and he knows he lost not by fraud but because he got voted out. He knows he's lost 62 legal challenges to state and fed courts.
And he's been building up his unhinged bases for the last 4 years. The gullible drink his Kool-Aid and never question him.
It's ugly, and didn't need to happen this way, but it did. That's how history often happens. What will be, will be, as they say. Not much I can do to stop it. Maybe people will stop complaining about being bored. Excitement comes in many forms, including the not so nice kind.
There are going to be a lot of arrests over the next few weeks. What was done is treasonous. Hopefully they get the electric chair.
Most are only guilty of trespassing.
I don't think they fry people for that.
