They should be taken into federal prison as if they were terrorists, which they were. Domestic Terrorists.

Do that if you want Civil War. Otherwise I would advise against it. There is a reason Andrew Johnson pardoned pretty much everyone after the Civil War. And why no one was charged with treason.

Right. They get the same justice that the leftists got for burning and looting the cities and damaging the courthouses, federal buildings, and police stations.

Well first the bottom 3 were captured while planning their next attack, they went to prison. Then the top 2 were captured and they joined them recently.
If anyone really cared, they could find all kinds of people who were prosecuted for the damage they did. These 5 are in prison for looting, setting fire, wrecking the 3rd precinct in Minneapolis.... is that what you’re asking? Did you read either of the articles you linked? And do you know what the boogaloo movement was? None of these guys had anything to do with the 3rd precinct.

I chose "disgusted" but what I really feel is anger. This event is exactly why I wasn't celebrating when Biden's victory was declared. I knew Trump would never concede and go away quietly, and I'm not surprised these incredibly gullible people were so easily influenced by this sorry excuse for a human being. Today was an embarrassment for the U.S. on so many levels. I would hope that the powers that be somehow find a way to neutralize Trump and his vitriol for the next thirteen days, but I'm pretty cynical at this point. This man still has the nuclear codes. Let that sink in for a moment.
The codes are worthless to him, because for them to work, others with a section of the codes, would have to release them to Trump, and that sure isn't going to happen.
No one person has the entire code for nuclear weapons.
