Do that if you want Civil War. Otherwise I would advise against it. There is a reason Andrew Johnson pardoned pretty much everyone after the Civil War. And why no one was charged with treason.

"The people can not be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. What country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them." - Thomas Jefferson, letter to William Stephens Smith

Anyone heard of who got prosecuted for any of that, or do you liberals think what they did was okay?
Antifa and BLM is still at it in Portland and that mayor sits there and does nothing, just like the rest of the liberals in charge.

You liberals look the other way your own is doing it, but if it's the other side all of the sudden you want justice. Hypocrites.
Well first the bottom 3 were captured while planning their next attack, they went to prison. Then the top 2 were captured and they joined them recently.
If anyone really cared, they could find all kinds of people who were prosecuted for the damage they did. These 5 are in prison for looting, setting fire, wrecking the 3rd precinct in Minneapolis.... is that what you’re asking? Or would you rather continue on the easy path of making up your own theories, that you’ve been brainwashed to do?

“ Michael Robert Solomon and Benjamin Ryan Teeter, who prosecutors say are members of an anti-government extremist group, who toted guns on Minneapolis streets during unrest following the death of George Floyd and spoke about shooting police, blowing up a courthouse and killing politicians. They have been charged with federal terrorism counts.

The Justice Department announced Wednesday that three Las Vegas men were arrested Saturday and charged in federal court with “conspiracy to cause destruction” during protests over the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody. The men were arrested after they planned to attend Saturday night’s protest on the Strip armed with Molotov cocktails to target police, according to a federal criminal complaint.”

Everyone who does something illegal should be prosecuted.

But as we have seen, this has not been the case.

No they shouldn't. You realize how expensive it would be to prosecute everyone who did something illegal?

Did you read either of the articles you linked? And do you know what the boogaloo movement was? None of these guys had anything to do with the 3rd precinct.

Article for the bottom three... "The three men tied to the white extremist group known as Boogaloo who were arrested at a Las Vegas protest in downtown for trying to exploit the demonstration with violence have been indicted by a federal grand jury."

And the article of the top two... "Alleged Boogaloo members face terrorism charges in Minnesota. Two men who prosecutors say are members of an anti-government extremist group, who toted guns on Minneapolis streets during unrest following the death of George Floyd and spoke about shooting police, blowing up a courthouse and killing politicians."

Ironically, none of those five men had actually done anything yet.

Today was an embarrassment for the U.S. on so many levels. I would hope that the powers that be somehow find a way to neutralize Trump and his vitriol for the next thirteen days, but I'm pretty cynical at this point. This man still has the nuclear codes. Let that sink in for a moment.
The codes are worthless to him, because for them to work, others with a section of the codes, would have to release them to Trump, and that sure isn't going to happen.
No one person has the entire code for nuclear weapons.
