Where do they house 25,000 troops. Seems to me they should have had sleeping bags and more sanitation facilities. They should have been outside not in garage with this virus.
Surely, the US Govt. could have come up with a plan to house them comfortably. Having hem sleep on the ground outside or in a parking garage is ridiculous.

That’s more troops than we have overseas, how do they house them on a few days notice. These are soldiers, sleeping on the ground comes with the job. Housing soldiers from all around the country indoors is a bad idea.
