Haven't the troops been vaccinated? I would have thought they'd be some of the first to be vaccinated. Maybe Guard troops aren't as high priority as active duty?

No, medical staff and people 70 years old and up are first. Still not enough vaccines to go around right now. Some hospitals have stopped vaccinations because they’re running out and haven’t received the next batch yet.
Watching the mob on Jan 6, you also have to wonder how many of those Capitol Cops were exposed, and how many in the heaveho crowd gave it to each other.

Biden did not violate the mandate for anyone who took the time to read it. It provides for exceptions and alternatives. For example it says:
(d) Heads of agencies may make categorical or case-by-case exceptions in implementing subsection (a) of this section to the extent that doing so is necessary or required by law, and consistent with applicable law. Of course those troops were deployed while Joe was still a private citizen but I guess you'd rather not mention that fact. So, whatta ya think the motive of those who actually deployed them was?
