When you compare revelers with guardsmen after a direct threat and during a continuing threat, it's not comparable situations.

That’s hilarious. They actually wrote exceptions for themselves into the mandate.

Biden can not be blamed for having to call up the troops to defend the nation. Prayers these young men and women recover fully.

Thanks for yet another parting gift, Trump and your thugs.
19 cops and 4 congress people now have Covid.

Figures. The National Guard themselves blames Biden for Covid outbreak among troops ... no defending Biden or his inept team on that.

I believe our Constitution deems them our Right. YOU may feel them unnecessary, but you are wrong. Every citizen has the RIGHT to protest. A government decree, that OBVIOUSLY isn't necessary, given the flaunting of it by the ruling elite, does not take away that right.

And at least be intellectually honest enough to admit that the guardsman presence had nothing to do with any direct or continuing threat. Instead, the Dems felt it NECESSARY to call in more troops than Iraq and Afghanistan combined to strike fear in the hearts of their supporters, by implying that conservatives were going to attack in huge numbers. Which was simply not true.

Sad.

We'll never know how many of the rioters have it, because they're certainly not about to come and tell.

Once the fever's gone, they'll be in cuffs.

Biden can be blamed for making them rest on the floor of a parking garage with one bathroom among other things. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-COVID-19.html

They said leadership had tried to set up a comprehensive plan to test all troops on arrival and before they return home.

But several members said units were provided with no clear guidance on testing before coming to DC, on arrival or for when they return to their home states.

One National Guard member told Politico they were not tested for COVID-19 when they arrived at the Capitol and were straight away packed in 'like sardines' altogether.

Right after the holidays they packed us together like sardines in buses and rooms for this,' the Guard member said.

Two members of the Guard also said several units were not offered testing.

They said they only underwent temperature checks and were asked questions about whether they had been exposed to the virus.

Others were forced to go out to try to find their own tests, one Washington DC member told the outlet.

As well as a lack of testing, sources spoke of an inability to social distance and poor compliance with CDC quarantine rules.

Surely you're including the blm antifa "mostly peaceful" protests, er, riots as being "UNNECESSARY" too, right? We won't ever know how many were infected, or died, as a result of the large gatherings by blm antifa since those who were doing the contact tracing were not allowed to ask if a person was in those protests/riots.

Well in a normal year we would not have needed the national guard but we can thank Trump and Team Crazy for getting them in the capital in the first place. Biden has been in office 2 days but he's to blame, he didn't start the rally that led to the rampage.

5 000 National Guards, tossed onto garage unheated floor, with one restroom and one power outlet, didn't help either. Was heartbreaking to see videos and pics of those young men, sleeping on concrete, covered with their fatigues, as blankets.
Yes, 5 000 out of those 25 000 that were in DC for inauguration.
I do not go to spy media, but you can look it up. Instagram, I believe.
