U.S. President Joe Biden signed an executive order Thursday that denies state and local governments any authority to reject the drop-off of refugees into their towns and communities.
In essence, former President Donald Trump’s policy (Executive Order 13888 of September 2019) gave state and local governments a say in whether they have the capacity to provide refugees a pathway to become self-sufficient and successfully integrate into American society.
Biden’s new executive order (EO) indicated that the federal government would consult with American communities across the country about refugees’ resettlement.
By his own definition, Biden is already governing like a dictator
“I have this strange notion, we are a democracy ... if you can’t get the votes … you can’t [legislate] by executive order unless you’re a dictator. We’re a democracy. We need consensus.”
Those are the words of Joe Biden. And, no, this isn't a matter of unearthing a clip from the 1980s or '90s in an attempt to play a game of gotcha on some antiquated flip-flop. That's Democratic nominee Biden, less than three weeks before the 2020 presidential election.
Consult with greedy so called 'societys, services' etc that make bank by dumping and running, leaving them connected to local taxpayer funded housing/medical/food/etc
I read somewhere that 3500 illegal immigrants are now coming across the border each day. Never mind the ones that are overstaying their Visas. I don't know about you but if 3500 people were dropped into my town with nothing but the clothes on their backs my little town would collapse under the strain of trying to feed, clothe, house and provide healthcare for them.
Wasn't Trump threatened with a lawsuit in 2019 when he suggested busing the latest caravan to a sanctuary city in California?
What gives Joe the Right to stuff these people anywhere he likes? How about Pelosi and the others take in a few families? There is plenty of rooms in the White House so why not pack in several families?
Biden, what a joke but the joke is on his supporters that voted for his Anti American schemes. Lord Help US.
So Biden will be known as the Super Spreader in Chief since these refugees are teeming with the Wuhan Virus
