The backup is in this thread actually and you’ll see more of it as the thread gets longer

It's fascinating to observe lefties deriding and mocking lesser-educated, poorer white Americans, all while steadfastly refusing to deride and mock lesser-educated, poorer black Americans. "Ignorance" among the former is their fault, while "ignorance" in the latter is not. While the former are a drag on the nation, the latter are not, and we will not tell the ignorant among the latter to find new jobs and adapt as their jobs evaporate, and we certainly will not lecture the latter about many of their backward beliefs about God and all things LGBT the way that we do to the former.

I think you should break it down city by city to prove your point, listing states as a whole really doesn’t help.

We don't have many of those.

They are hot spots because of the people from blue territories moving there who still will vote blue. These red locations did not become hot because they woke up and smelled the coffee. Lol

They’re not. They’re redistributing the popular vote so a Trump never happens again.

Because hey moved there to get away from high taxes and will vote for the same policies that caused them to move.

If this country did divide into two countries, Red and Blue, the blue country would either kill itself economically, or physically, or starve to death.
Can you show me a list of 20 successful red metro areas. It’s not that hard because if it weren’t you would have shown them already.

Another point. Blue people tend to move to blue places in red states. So again what does that do for your point?
The assertion in your second sentence remains to be seen. I haven't seen data on this and I've looked. It would defy basic sociological patterns, though. People tend to conform, and we would expect people moving to conservative areas to grow more conservative in their opinions and voting habits, and vice versa. Regardless, it appears that most of the people who flee blue state dystopias are not in synch with the majority of blue voters from the states they flee. In other words, red states mostly catch moderates and conservatives who have reached their limit with blue state fanaticism.

This is absolutely true and we see it on a daily basis here. And I'm one of them from 16 years ago.
