That 100 million seems to pop up b ut in 2016 official Trump statement was they valued it at 26 milllion.
It would be like if you walked away from your house and told the bank you donated a million dollar home --- when it was valued at 500K......
I bet your house was valued alot differently in 1990 verses 2005, either way its premier land that warranted a State Park.
