Why didn’t Obama start preparing while president if he knew it was coming? ( how he knew, is another question) why didn’t he warn hospitals to get better prepared? Why didn’t he push for mor ventilators, more antibacterial lotions, face masks?

Do you think he’s going to run again and win so you feel a need to ‘protect his reputation’ ?
It has more to do with wanting Democratic leaders to just once just one time, show some freaking accountability. They blame and criticize their opponents and then turn around and do the same thing. It's gone beyond annoying at this point especially when their supporters are spewing hate every day.

The double standard is infuriating really. The liberal media and Biden just threw a bit fit over the covid death numbers in 2020 blaming Trump completely. Yet when we get solid proof of Cuomo causing deaths, it's only crickets from them. Perfectly fine if a Democrat is causing deaths.

It looks like telling everyone to wear 2 masks and making masks mandatory on federal property did absolutely nothing.

Great job, Biden. You and your supporters killed over 100,000 Americans because of your stupid response. Biden actually laid the groundwork for this when the Obama/Biden administration failed to plan for a pandemic.
Those deaths were well in motion before Biden came into office. Deaths are a lagging indicator.

Cases, and hospitalizations are way down, and a drop in deaths will follow that.

That really hasn't much to do with Biden either, our situation was what our situation was.

Just to get you super excited though, the possibility of a fourth wave is still out there, and predicted by a lot of experts due to the variants.

We can try to out vaccine it, but it should be a close race.

Because of the budget set by Congress.

Those countries all experienced huge surges after supposedly doing fine. Covid presented a worst case scenario and a whole host of unknowns. Blaming Trump completely when the entire world continues to struggle to contain this virus is pretty outrageous. Mistakes were made by many people because we are in unknown territory. You can game plan it out with computer simulations all you want, but that never guarantees that we will be prepared for the unknowns.

Even our best experts still can't give us a definitive answer on the effectiveness of masks.

Bingo.

This blood is on Biden’s hands. You don’t get to weaponize a pandemic for political gain then whine when the numbers keep going up while you’re in office.

The covid task force, federal mask mandates, travel bans, limited vaccines, lockdowns, school closure, did nothing to stop the numbers. It still reached 500K and Democrats don’t have Trump to blame.

That's assuming the numbers are real. I know lots of people who have been highly skeptical of this whole thing ever since the beginning.

South Korea's last surge was equal to 2,200 cases per day in the US adjusted for population

We overshot that a bit at 200,000k per day.

South Korea considered there outbreak bad, we do not seem to considers ours bad.
