If that's true, good thing Trump shelved it. The Obama/Biden administration had no ventilators, PPE, or surgical masks stockpiled, much less a plan for developing a vaccine in less than a year. The only reason people are getting vaccinated now is because Trump was President instead of the morons from the prior administration/the moron who runs the current administration.

Since Covid struck back in February 2020, numbers got worse than better, 3 times under Trump. They got better in May. Then they became worse again in July. Then better again in September. Then worse again in November. And while Trump was leaving in January, they were getting better, even before Biden became president.
