Part of the dumping is being blamed on outside contractors dumping construction debris. No doubt. But part of that comes from not getting the first mattress off the street soon enough. The more debris people and contractors see there it will help them rationalize even more dumping.

The contractors are probably not pulling permits, obtaining licenses, updating their training/schooling and/or under bidding jobs they have no business taking in the first place.
