That doesn’t bode well for when Harris becomes president. Even the slightest criticism of a policy she supports will have the leftists screaming racism.
No it doesn't bode well, but that's the left's motive behind grooming Americans to not be allowed to fairly criticize a "person of color". The left sets up minorities as supreme for the sole purpose to run roughshod over defenseless conservatives and white Americans.
Oh, you can absolutely say whatever you want. Free speech and all that. Just don't expect to keep your job or find gainful employment for the rest of your life.
There is that little tidbit, of course.
Of course that's what I meant, you can't freely speak the truth or give any opinion without the left punishing you.
Conservatives shouldn't just give in and self silence or worse acquiesce and parrot what the left wants us to say. Conservatives need to fight fire with fire and start canceling liberals.
One cannot state the truth today if one mentions blacks in a negative light no matter how truthful one is. This woman seems disappointed that blacks did not test higher . She is frustrated because she cares.
That was her first mistake, worrying about other groups instead of her own and not realizing that diversity is simply being used as a tool against being a free person who can speak and think freely and achieve more for him/herself.
For now best to not care and ignore and avoid other identity groups as much as possible if you don't want to lie and repeat the left's narrative.
The professor obviously isn’t that bright. She herself said that some do well while some are at the bottom. The same goes for every group so what’s the problem?
She was correctly pointing out that black students were the ones, in general, at the bottom of the class. That’s to be expected, given that most black students were admitted under “affirmative action” standards rather than the “white” standards.
Are we required to admit black students under lesser standards than whites and then pretend the ones admitted under those standards (about 2/3, on average) are not falling behind their peers?
She ended by saying SOME black students are really good and some are at the bottom. How is that any different from white students?
Further, she was foolish to make that statement considering that anonymity is standard in law school. It brings unnecessary attention to black students who have taken her course. Law school is challenging. No one needs that sort of nonsense when focusing on their studies. She was rightfully terminated.
There’s a saying in law school/among lawyers...A students become professors and B students work for C students. So people should really calm all this nonsense down.
Affirmative action will continue as long as you have teachers like her on all levels.
What does she expect. The black cream of the crop is going to HBCU's. Most highly skilled African American professionals graduated from HBCU.
Not sure about that. Plenty black students are spread across elite schools, especially if they are are recent Americans without the HBCU legacy in their family. This is especially true when it comes to law school.

Bingo, we have a winner folks.
The truth is very painful, liberals don’t even accept that we blacks were sold by other blacks into slavery or that black Americans also owned slaves.

No. You have it completely backwards.
The simple matter is that the professor noted that the lower end of the class was disproportionately represented by blacks. That is the result of affirmative action - when you admit students under lower academic standards due to race, those students will tend to pull up the rear.
So, I would change your last sentence to: as long as we continue affirmative action in which less is required of blacks than whites (for admission), the situation the teacher noted will continue to exist. If we abolish AA and admit the most qualified students regardless of race, then black and white students will (on average) perform equally.
