BS. The bill of rights says the government may not abridge your right to peacefully assemble. A private company is under no obligation to allow you to assemble on its property.

And riding on an airplane is not “assembling “.

they are in the business of transporting people. if they discriminate is that not a problem. I have a company and I think you're a puke so I won't serve you my pancakes that taste fantastic. again they get government money which heavily influences them but lets not talk about that.

How is it discrimination to say all passengers over x years old must wear a mask?

It used to be the Liberals were known for caring about disabled people and giving them their rights. Now, the some of the new "leftists" would want this small child charged with attempted murder for not wearing a mask.

It says Congress shall make no Law abridging . Under the 10th Amendment it is up to the States (for policing actions). The only way to know for sure is to take the case to Court.

When you buy a ticket, it is a contract. A condition of the contract is for the ticket holder to fly on the property of the airline ( airplane )

All I will say is that common sense should prevail. Perhaps that’s why the Framers made sure you don’t even have to be a Lawyer to be a Justice on the SCOTUS. Maybe it is time the citizens started cleaning up the Swamp. An outsider made it to the White House. We know now what was attempted .

Hasn’t Nancy been lecturing us about how much better this Administration is treating the migrant children? What about American children, disabled children Nancy?

how can the airline not get sued. if it was my kid I would get revenge.

i told someone I had a mask exemption even though I don't. the fact is that does not matter old women don't care about exemptions.

how do you feel about no exemptions? you will comply. it makes me beyond angry.

the airline does not even care if its sued. no rights for no one!!

maybe some of the people enforcing the rules will go down on a airplane.

In Paris Maine they are sueing over these mask regulations because they believe its a violation of the American disablilties act.

i hate my country.

This was the correct decision for the airlines. If there was an outbreak on the plane resulting in deaths the legal exposure would be much greater. This is common sense unless you don’t believe covid is a deadly disease

ya imagine if a company says well we will respect your purchase only if you follow our instructions and wear a mask for four hours.

Jesus what are the chances of a out break? maybe not everyone will get sick. how about chances are that when you drive that car you are putting yourself more at risk than any covid virus.

Nope, when you made your purchase you knew that a mask would be required. Nice try.
