The “ no exception” thing has been Spirit’s policy since at least last August.

I am curious about their original flight, assuming they flew to Las Vegas. Was it with Spirit or another carrier?

No, never.
Do you often find yourself fantasizing of a strangers latex gloved hand on your junk?

It does seem ridiculous that John kerry didn't wear a mask and that was fine, then a 4 year old with autism is kicked off a flight. I guess rules are rules though...if his parents knew he wouldnt wear a mask why did they fly? I have a 4 year old, not autistic, and thankfully she is ok with wearing the mask. Wears one at school. We have not flown in anywhere in about 2 years now. Did we want to go on vacation last spring and this spring? Yes, but we didnt. I dont know why this family was flying at all...but they made that choice.

You don't have the right to use someone else's vehicles against their rules. Any one else's vehicles. Not Uber, not rental bikes, not boats, not planes, not rental cars.

Since they brought the doctor's note, it seems they thought he would be excluded from the rules. The doctor's note likely said he'd have serious issues wearing a mask. Well, ok, we won't make him wear one. Can we help you get your stuff out of the overhead bins and off the plane?

Its cute how you still believe airlines are private. Billions of dollars in taxpayer bailouts say otherwise.

how are going to fly with out commercial airlines. ya sure there is property ownership but if the individual is not breaking a law why restrict them? Bidens executive orders are an infringement.

they do receive government money just like big tech.

They were breaking the rules of the airline. Like, for example, refusing to be seated during take off and landing, or refusing to turn off your devices. Or refusing to wear a mask in a tightly sealed tube flying through the air in a pandemic.

And you do realize there are private planes? And cars, that can drive you from Las Vegas to where you're going in the US?

This is really, such a very simple concept. You don't have rights to other people's property without obeying their rules and guidelines.
