Nonsense, when a violent criminal is resisting arrest it is inherently a life threatening situation. The stress of that situation led to a mistake being made....one that happens fairly frequently if you pay attention to the news.

Notice that I'm not arguing that she shouldn't be charged with 2nd degree manslaughter, I'm just saying that

1. It's a good thing the person is no longer alive due to the awful person they were

and

2. The violent criminal made dozens of decisions that enabled the situation so he bears quite a bit of responsibility for what ultimately happened. He'd be rotting in jail rather than rotting in a refrigerator if he either hadn't been a violent criminal OR he hadn't resisted arrest.

Why do you use the word murder in this case?

It will be 2nd degree manslaughter and few years in prison.

SAD!

A handy list of black mass murderers who were taken alive

No, but he is at fault for creating the situation.

The arguments are ridiculous. Police stopped Daunte Wright for a minor traffic issue. The officer shot him not because there was an open warrant, or that he was on the top 10 most wanted list (or any other criminality). All she knew at that time was that he tried to run away. She responded by shooting him. Everything else is irrelevant. The number of incidents in which suspects are shot (or killed when in custody) is unacceptable.

He was being arrested because there was more than one open warrant for the violent criminal. All she knew at the time was that there was a violent criminal on the run who was desperate to get away and potentially could have had a weapon in his vehicle. She intended to stop him with her taser, but made a mistake and pulled her gun instead.

Her intentions are not really in question here. We just have people crying about a violent criminal being accidentally killed while attempting to escape police. The only reason these people are upset is due to the color of his skin, they hope to use this to push a false narrative....which is why those types seemingly always get upset when bad things happen to career criminals.

I was researching Michael Brown just now. I can not believe everything that has come from that BS case. The lies are incredibly sad & ridiculous. Literally black citizens of Ferguson as witnesses saying they were in fear of their life for telling the truth about what happened. Other witnesses admitting they lied to police. Some weren't even there but wanted to be a part of something special.

Look what has been built off the Brown shooting and it was all lies. A president gets in front of a national audience and opens his mouth saying police departments are racist. What type of message does that send to people who think you're a god? Horrible judgement call on his part.

Wow, I have no words for this statement. I just find it very sad that some people think other lives are not important.

Sorry, but not only are MOST lives unimportant...the vast majority even, it's an objective fact that when some people die it makes the world a better place.

This violent criminal is one of those people....
