I get why you want to cut taxes for the rich and want to reduce government. But why let innocent men, woman and children to be slaughtered day after day is what we can't comprehend.
We need to move toward a high regulated system like the one in place in Japan.
Do you give a damn on the daily non-mass shootings?
If you are, show us some of your posts when children have been killed in drive by shootings....I'll wait, but not holding my breath.
I'll ask all those that are for more gun control, do you care about non-mass shootings?

Bring back the sanitariums. This guy was arrested in March and sent to the hospital. He had a rifle at that point and time which was confiscated. He was released due to Covid - we can't detain people in groups.
If we went back to having mental institutions for people like this - you'd cut down on the shootings and get many of the homeless off the streets. When people won't follow instructions and take their medication - they need to be locked up as they are a threat to society.

Exactly. Letting some of these individuals living among us with the promise of taking their medications, or seeing a therapist just isn't cutting it.
Please stop posting this lie. Repeating it will not make it true
You think more people die from guns, then die from hammers, blunt weapons, knives, bare hands, car accidents, etc... You need to recheck your facts. Over 5,000 people died from choking alone.

FBI says it interviewed FedEx mass shooter last year

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The FBI says that last year it questioned the man who fatally shot eight people at a FedEx plant in Indianapolis. Paul Keenan, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Indianapolis field office, said Friday that agents questioned 19-year-old Brandon Scott Hole after his mother called police to say that her son might commit “suicide by cop.” He says agents questioned Hole based on items found in his bedroom. He did not elaborate on what those items were. No crime was identified and the FBI says it did not identify Hole as espousing a racially motivated ideology.
THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. AP’s earlier story follows below.
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Police scoured a Fedex facility in Indianapolis and searched the gunman's home Friday, looking for a motive for the latest mass shooting to rock the U.S., as family members of the eight victims spent agonizing hours awaiting word on their loved ones.
The shooter was identified as Brandon Scott Hole, 19, of Indiana, Deputy Police Chief Craig McCartt told a news conference. Investigators searched a home in Indianapolis associated with Hole and seized evidence, including desktop computers and other electronic media, McCartt said.
McCartt said Hole was a former employee of the company and last worked for FedEx in 2020. McCartt said he did not know why Hole left the job or if he had ties to the workers in the facility. He said police have not yet uncovered a motive for Thursday’s shooting but added that police seized a gun from him last year. McCartt also said authorities are still identifying the victims and that not all of the victims’ families have been notified.
But it's the gun's fault, right? Time to go after and punish those who lawfully own them.
Houston we have a real problem here and it's not about guns.
Australia took sweeping gun reform in the 90's and they haven't had a major mass shooting since.
