You seem to forget that she broke into the Capital, she was not invited to do that or go through a window.
I haven’t forgotten. It would be part and parcel of a proceeding , along with many other alleged facts as part of due process. To deny due process is the issue. Is it Constitutional for Congress to separate the Capitol Police from investigation, questioning and providing at bare minimum, a report ?
Where else in America is this done, and under what circumstances? Gunned down by a LEO, and just go away, no questions asked? No accountability at all?

Civil rights attorney Terry Roberts appeared on Newsmax a few hours ago — “The family and I were disappointed in DOJ’s decision, but my role is to bring a civil action and in that way, vindicate her rights.”
Earlier this month, the DOJ announced that it would not pursue criminal charges against the officer.
Capitol police confiscated exactly ZERO weapons from any of the protesters that day.
They came with weapons.
