I never mentioned the word "insurrection". Or "terrorist". I was responding to a specific question.

It's overseen by the capitol police board with congressional and senate oversight committees. No one person oversees them.

Knives are on the list of prohibited items, but there is no real proof anyone had a knife.
Mace is on the prohibited list, did they actually carry mace inside, proven, or was it just outside?
Stun guns are on the prohibited list, but no one had one. What the one guy had was a cattle prod, it's not on the prohibited list

Nope. It's Pelosi's House.

Quote:
“As you are aware, the Speaker of the House is not only the leader of the majority party, but also has enormous institutional responsibilities,” said the letter, ..."

“The Speaker is responsible for all operational decisions made within the House,” the letter says, adding that Pelosi, her staff and an army of appointed House officials had kept a “very heavy-handed and tightly controlled approach to House operations” over the past two years.

Sure, and I was responding to the general theme that these were terrorists committing insurrection.

This is a fox news article so of course it's all on Pelosi. Instead of relying on new articles how about you educate yourself on how government works and who's in charge of what.

Police don't let people keep weapons in such situations if they think they plan on using them.

Again, Ashli Babbitt was UNARMED.

As were many who came in before and after her.

She posed NO physical threat to that officer or anyone in the building.

At least no more than many others who DIDN'T get shot.

So....why did the officer single her out to shoot?

There are times when use of deadly force is necessary and justified.

Shooting an unarmed protester in the throat because she's entering a building that she's legally allowed to be in in an unconventional manner isn't one of those times.

You were responding to something that I never said. Weird.

Lol, look at you, you don't even know Pelosi is over the Capitol police. You do know that the referenced letter was written by congresspersons right? You think you know more about who is over the Capitol police than they do?
