Sure, but they'd forfeit their state license to practice. Then what?

Doubt it hits SCOTUS until after Jones vs Mississippi decision is rendered, and since I anticipate the state wins, and viability federal standard is knocked out, that renders Texas challenges pretty much moot.

Biden can't do it, w/o POTUS Manchin changing his mind and supporting it.

Once Jones decision is out, Dems will futilely try the Amendment route, which requires 38 states to pass.

I tend to agree it will not be officially overturned, but I expect Dobbs to win the SC case, and federal viability standards to be struck down, making any viability decision to be made state by state. That will leave the Roe decision mainly a ceremonial thing once SCOTUS releases their ruling.

Perhaps Roe should get a participation trophy.

9 states have just one abortion mill now, so obviously they can't make a go of it in all 50 states, abiding by all business regulations.
