Biden is usually terrible at jokes. They really make him seem out of touch (and maybe he is). He needs to stop trying to be a comedian, because he sucks at it.
Another example is his recent "joke" about running over a reporter who asked about Israel. Why is the POTUS making jokes when the reporter's question is on a grave topic? He's out of touch.

Agreed. Nothing says "dim-witted, dullard" than telling a joke wrong, then getting angry with your audience for not getting it. Then again, stupid people like Biden routinely get their facts and context wrong, and still think of themselves as the smartest person in the room
