i wonder when it reaches the point of malicious prosecution. NY especially has gone overboard on trying to nail Trump on everything it possibly could. Just imagine that power focused on YOU and decide if you are really in favor of Governments being able to non stop go after someone. What would happen if let say Florida started going after every liberal Dem who had sometype of legal presence in Florida(and they certainly exist) and filed charge after charge against them using the States virtually endless resources to do so. Heck i wonder if Gov. Cuomo has some property or presence in Florida and i bet a few Floridians or families of Floridians died in NY nursing homes. Perhaps florida should find a way to go after him for that.....

Yes, I'm not sure why your post had two versions. I quoted the top one, and the second one appeared after I submitted my post. I stated that your friends' impressions of him are probably accurate.

This is a Special Grand Jury.....not good for the Trump Organization

Grand juries only sit for a few months at a time. A special grand jury sits for a longer period of time. This one is expected to sit for six months, and three days at a time.

Empaneling a special grand jury suggests the case has reached an advanced stage, but as yet, there have been no charges filed.

Special grand jury
United States law also provides for the formation of special grand juries. While a regular grand jury primarily decides whether to bring charges, a special grand jury is called into existence to investigate whether organized crime is occurring in the community in which it sits. This could include, for instance, organized drug activity or organized corruption in government. As provided in 18 U.S.C. § 3331(a), the U.S. District Court in every judicial district having more than four million inhabitants must impanel a special grand jury when requested by a designated official of the Justice Department.[23]

Since it’s a “special grand jury”, what’s your special grand jury prediction for the Trump organization? How long are we waiting? What’s the results going to be?

It's ALLLLLLL on tape
Oh, you mean the protest that turned into a riot. (I thought you were speaking of the true insurrection-the dems and their Russia insurrection)

Trump did not incite them. He'd told them to be peaceful.

Two people died of natural causes.
One person died from a drug overdose.
One person was murdered by a cop (her death is ruled a homicide)
One cop died the next day from natural causes.

Four people who died during the riot and one died the next day. You claim 6 died, who are you claiming is the 6th?

In other words, no confidence on indictments.

So you comment on my questions but fail to address the questions...why?

From you ABC link:
Quote:
The Manhattan District Attorney's office has convened the special grand jury that would decide whether an indictment is warranted against former President Trump or his eponymous company, sources told ABC News.
