I know you think starting a thread like this helps to discredit the audit and anyone who supports it but to me it makes it look like it's making you nervous.

Yes, that's exactly what they're doing - denying the legitimacy of Biden's win, demonizing the voting process, and then defending both the crimes like the Capitol insurrection, and also the bias and incompetent of the Arizona recount.
Since 1996 there have only been 2 presidential elections where the losers did not claim it was stolen, including demonizing the voting process (electoral college) and voting machines (Diebold prior to Dominion), calling for recounts, faithless electors, hanging chads, illegal voters yada yada yada. (We've even had a poster or two here complain about gerrymandering impacting the presidential election lol)
Those years were 2008 and 2012. (Likely due to the landslide nature of those wins)

Both of these firms are certified to perform forensic hardware audits by the US EAC. None of the firms involved in the current "audit" are certified in any way by the US EAC.

I'll take that for Rep. Biasiucci, since he is the least out spoken on the election being stolen. The rest have to use your words shown their true colors for thinking the election was stolen back in December. Of course Sen. Borrelli and Rep. Finchem would believe and show the audit in a positive light. The problem you have is you are shutting out the opportunity to have any contrarian information that puts the audit in a negative light. I've listened to what Karen Fann has said and also Ken Bennett, I both think they are idiots for pushing the audit, but I did listen to them. You will not give the MSM even a second.
What I will say is that due to the handling of the audit (something you obviously don't care about,) it is easy for the MSM to attack it. It has been pushed by state legislatures who believe in the lies that Trump talked about for months going into the election. The Senate Presodent lied to the people about her involvement with Trump. CyberNinjas running the audit when they have no experience at conducting an election audit. The CEO of said company also believes what the legislatures who wanted the audit to believes, "The election was stolen due to massive fraud." We have seen people who were involved on January 6th involved with the audit, one of which was on the ballot. The audit has included a lot of conspiracy theory like bamboo ballots or the routers had information. Then you also have the issue of the duplication of ballots and information getting sent to Montana. I'm sorry but that is a lot of information to just ignore.
The fact is due to the way that Karen Fann ram-jobbed the audit, passed it off to a bunch of monkeys trying to hump a football and the fact that too many people believe the lies, it is hard for anyone to take the audit seriously if fraud evidence is shown. It is like asking O.J. Simpson if he murdered Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman. Of course he'll say no.
Honestly when you say to the leftists on here that there was cheating the first thing they always say is prove it. If you prove it the next thing the will say well it wasn't enough to change the election. If you can prove that Trump should have won they will say it's too late. No matter what they will move the bar.

Holy crap, they spend 4 years on Russian conspiracy theories that the election in 2016 was rigged, then in 2020 it's miraculously 100% secure no chance of fraud you can't prove anything, and when anyone tries to get a verification effort going to look for proof they go absolutely crazy.

They are but often times you would have to also go to court to double down on it and have an attorney (either prosecution/plantif or defense) question you on it. Otherwise it is looked at as hearsay. That said there was that fake one Project Veritas was pushing of a PA postal worker that the postal worker recanted. Likely he realized that he was caught in a lie if it went to court.
