I'm of the belief that if one has to have food and water while voting then they're probably too frail to leave the house.

The "no food and water" claim is bull**** anyway. Anyone can have both, a campaign or candidate just can't be handing them out like they used to do with whiskey.

I actually dont think these changes will benefit Repubs in the end unless the Dems just totally neglect to adapt and have no strategic acumen.
New York’s reasonable voter rules are stricter than Georgia’s new laws.

Pfffffttttt…the sound you hear is the air leaving the punctured Dem outrage balloon.

The common folks seem to think common sense voter rules (ID, etc.) are, you know, common sense.

Are you really not able to understand how fewer ballot boxes, longer waits and inability to get food & water will effect citizens in a city of 1 million vs those in a town of 50k ?

I have no problem with ID requirements, but these other rules are unjustifiable and make no sense other than making it harder for larger city citizens to vote

After all, Trump’s 500 supporters at the Capitol killed zero (0) people, and we all know 750,000 folks were killed in the Civil War so Joe is absolutely and completely reasonable in that comparison.

I’m predicting Joe does the Holocaust comparison next.

Gonna go nutty, might as well do the FULL nutty.

Folks in the city can’t get food and water?

Is this the Dem argument?

Biden a crazy old man basically shaking his fist and yelling at the sky. In normal times, people like this are ignored because they have limited grasp of reality. He needs to be moved to a nursing home, or perhaps a padded room as soon as possible... For his own good, and the good of the nation.

Biden is going to unite us they said. Yeah it’s so uniting to say trying to have secure elections is the greatest threat since the Civil War
I voted for Biden, and have no regrets, given the choices, but I will be the first to say I am disappointed that he has not been more of a uniter. Huge improvement over Trump, and that was who we had to choose from, but if you take Trump out of the picture, my biggest disappointment with Biden is that he has had some divisive rhetoric that was not necessary.

Regarding the title of this thread, I figured Trump supporters would celebrate Biden's comments. If GOP voting laws is not the biggest threat, then it would have to be Trump and his followers. So even if Biden is wrong about it, I'd think Trumpist would be happy he says it.

Biden's doing "pretty good" outside of the above comments. Like and POTUS, he's far from perfect, but he really is blowing his chance to unite. he needs to forget about all of Trump's failures. Everyone (including Trump base) knows it. Biden should focus on the good he's doing, and let the history of trumpism remain in the rear-view mirror.

Everything is the greatest threat since the Civil War now. It's the new "nazi".

It’s true. Once voting is secured it will be apparent that much cheating has been going on for a long time and could very well cause political instability.

Or how about federal prison?
