Nearly 1,800 Americans directly affected by the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks are opposing President Joe Biden’s participation in any memorial events this year unless he upholds his pledge to declassify U.S. government evidence that they believe may show a link between Saudi Arabian leaders and the attacks.
I wonder if the Biden crime family is mixed up with the Saudis.
Most of these movements just don't start out of thin air. Somebody had to be the first one to bring it up to all the families.

Why were all those former POTUS not asked by the families to release information, not recognize memorial events, etc?
We had one POTUS kissing Saudi arses. And his SIL is BFF with a Saudi leader. Do they get to come?

Yup. And they both went last year.
I'm waiting to find out what this "group" is and to read their official statement. Plus, with ~3,000 killed, 10,000 injured, and another 10,000 diagnosed with 9/11-related cancer, I'm not sure those 1800 represent the views of the majority.
For those too young to remember many of the current news going on immediately after September 11, 2001, there was quite a bit of "murmuring" about the fact that members of the Osama Bin Laden family were immediately protected and then allowed to safely fly out of the U.S. as soon as the flying restrictions were lifted.

They actually have been asking to have this information released for years. This is also the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, so a symbolic milestone tends to raise the attention of people.
As to why they don't want Biden to appear. Perhaps it has something to do with the current POTUS saying 1/6 was worse than 9/11. That probably upset at least a few of the families.
