They didn't get arrested for not standing. They got arrested for "getting loud" and threatening their teacher.

Actually, leaving them alone and letting them do whatever is the problem. There is no discipline at home or in schools anymore so the kids think they can do whatever without any consequences. When they do run into authorities like police, that’s when trouble starts.
