Why dont black people think they are ever responsible for their own behavior? Blacks kill blacks and whites at ridiculous rates but somehow the media only cares when scummy blacks are killed by the cops. At some point blacks will have to take responsibility for themselves.

Resisting doesn't warrant death. And cops can throw in resisting arrest on anything. If they're trying to bend someone's arm in a way that it doesn't bend, or if they're kneeling on their neck and their reaction to try and breath is considered resisting.
Didn’t say it did, however, it can happen, and does.
