The poster you responded to does not seem to accept the fact that any government act which impinges upon a fundamental right, must comply with the strict scrutiny test:

(A) be narrowly tailored to achieve the government’s purpose,

(B) the purpose must be clearly defined and be based upon scientific and logical reasoning,

(C) and, it must use the least restrictive means to achieve the government’s stated purpose.

And many accept such tyranny with open arms. Let us never forget the wisdom of Benjamin Franklin:

"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

And:

At the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787, a Mrs. Powel anxiously awaited the results and as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the long task now finished asked him directly, `Well, Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?' `A republic, if you can keep it,' responded Franklin.

I was hoping MJJersey would respond to your post which summarizes a forced medical procedure upon the people, that has not survived the intended protection found under our legal system's "strict scrutiny" test.

i dont know anything about strict scutiny but I do know Biden got around the legalities of forced vaccination of health care workers by using threats of non payment of medical costs by Medicare. Hospital were told either have vaccinated workers or you dont get paid. read the letter.

They should have ignored the letter. It was a paper tiger unsupported by any legislative act. Our system of government is run by the rule of law and not the mere whims and fancies of a current Administration.

95% of NYC schools staff is now vaccinated. It would appear that the majority have decided that their jobs are worth being vaccinated for.

Reported Oct. 4th:

“The mayor touted the public school employee vaccination rate, which reached 96 percent among teachers and 99 percent among principals, saying it shows that mandates work.

But as of Monday, all the staffers working at the city's more than 1,600 public schools are fully vaccinated.“

And now, the fully vaccinated become a super spreader in NYC schools.

See:

Mass. DPH reports 3,741 new breakthrough COVID-19 cases, 46 more deaths among vaccinated residents

W.Va. Officials Say ‘Breakthrough’ COVID Cases On The Rise
“Gov. Jim Justice announced Monday that, over the past eight weeks, there has been a 26% increase in new breakthrough cases, a 21% increase in breakthrough cases requiring hospitalization and a 25% increase in breakthrough deaths.”

Recent data shows 18.5% of new Covid-19 cases in New Jersey are fully vaccinated individuals, governor says

And in PA we find 6% Of Pennsylvania COVID-19 have been among fully vaccinated

“The Tri-State region is doing better than many other parts of the country, but cases are climbing here too.”

COVID is here to stay for a very long time. We need to learn to live with it by treating it, and screw the endless vaccine crap which is ruining our lives and killing businesses for little to nothing in return.
