The poster you responded to does not seem to accept the fact that any government act which impinges upon a fundamental right, must comply with the strict scrutiny test:
(A) be narrowly tailored to achieve the government’s purpose,
(B) the purpose must be clearly defined and be based upon scientific and logical reasoning,
(C) and, it must use the least restrictive means to achieve the government’s stated purpose.
And many accept such tyranny with open arms. Let us never forget the wisdom of Benjamin Franklin:
"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

i dont know anything about strict scutiny but I do know Biden got around the legalities of forced vaccination of health care workers by using threats of non payment of medical costs by Medicare. They should have ignored the letter. It was a paper tiger unsupported by any legislative act. Our system of government is run by the rule of law and not the mere whims and fancies of a current Administration.

Does anyone here know if the NYC teachers intend to pursue the case any further? I can't seem to find anything since Justice Sotomayor rejected their emergency request for an injunction and to be heard.

COVID is here to stay for a very long time. We need to learn to live with it by treating it, and screw the endless vaccine crap which is ruining our lives and killing businesses for little to nothing in return.
