I have voted for Republicans, but they've been referred to as RINO's so, not that far from voting for a Democrat.

I registered as a Democrat in 2004.

I voted for George W. Bush (Republican) in 2004.
I voted for Gary Johnson (Libertarian) in 2016.
I voted for Jo Jorgensen (Libertarian) in 2020.

I've never voted Republican on a local level though. I feel like if I lived in the Western USA or the Upper Midwest, I would be more likely to vote Republican (I live in the southern USA).

I voted for Clinton the first term... registered republican. I voted for Bob Graham for governor and for senator. I've been a democrat, an independent and a republican. The latter, back and forth twice. I did the switch to republican during Clinton's second term... i switched from independent to republican. I won't change anymore. The left has gone to far for me.

It has to be JFK .John Fitzgerald Kennedy at a time of crisis handled it very well we had the Cuban missile crisis .Kennedy negotiated with Khrushchev to remove the missiles that were aimed at the United States. There was a huge military buildup in Cuba by the Russians. Kennedy stopped that as he put a quarantine on any ships that will go into Cuba from Russia. This could have easily escalated to a nuclear war. Many adults at that time were extremely frightened at what could have happened. It was in all of my lifetime the biggest crisis that ever happened.

I have no idea what a "Republican" or a "Democrat" is these days .... more than than that -- I have no idea what makes a Voter either a Republican or a Democrat. I was born in the 1940's - I've voted FOR and AGAINST many Republicans and Democrats over my long voting career.

I've NEVER donated a single PENNY to either Party, so don't align myself with either.

I can name ONE from each Political Party I would have voted for if given the chance - which of course never happened.

Jim Webb - Democrat Senator (Virginia)
Tom Cobern - Republican Senator (Oklahoma)

Both Common Sense and understood what is important to the people - and what is important to our Republic.

I like him because he was common sense, the Democrats hated him because he was common sense.

If we include history, then John F. Kennedy and FDR.

Modern day......I bite my tongue saying this, but Joe Manchin, Kristen Sinema, and John Bel Edwards. REALLY biting my tongue.......I don't actually "like" them I just don't hate them as much.
