If someone has it handy can they post the mom's statement so we can be done with this,..
Who wants to go back through the numerous links that all say he stayed in the street and she approached him? Besides that poster still would find something wrong with it.
Her Mother saw Sara with her hands up when the biker shot her.. If she was in the road way , how did the mother see all this? The mother said Sara was shot in the yard.. get some facts of what the mother said.
They went to her house to confront her.. how is that self defense? They were the aggressor going on her property. It looks like private property because the roads are not paved. He invaded her space.
How do you know they went to confront her?
They didn’t confront her at her house. They stayed in the road waiting for police to come.
LMAO. Link to them going onto her property and invading her space?

Perez said Flaherty saw her daughter with her hands in the air telling Derr and the others to leave when she was shot. Flaherty told the outlet:“She was shot dead in her own yard. She is gone at 36 years old. She was pregnant with her second child and she leaves her 11-year-old daughter and a loving fiance.”
Flaherty is Sara's mother.
Had her own mother not been a witness as to what happened then your assumption that it might not have been handled perfectly and more questions should be asked would hold water. However, unless her mother was in on the entire dealio and wanted to get rid of her daughter, it’s obvious what happened.

No. Not with those facts. Her right to self defense depends on what they were doing in those last moments.
Agree on all counts there.
On the bolded. That is this issue I would like to see more thoroughly explored before declaring him definitively justified in shooting her. If I were on the jury, I'd want a clear picture of what that whole scene was like, who was where and what were they doing and saying.
Edited to add:
The biker and friends would not have had to do much, to be perceived as a grave threat to her on her own property, if they came at her, angry about the prior incident. The burden of proof in that case is far higher for him than for her, IMHO.
How much longer are you going to deny what's been pointed out multiple times? The 2 witnesses that followed the victim to the assailant's house were not his friends. They didn't even know him, per the link I provided (and others have as well).

You can't convince them. They only believe what they have invented in their mind.

How do you know? There is a situation where two bikers and one truck followed another biker just because he passed them on the road and got off the exit and they followed him , 2 bikers and a truck and beat the crap out of him. He was so afraid he dropped the charges because they were the Pagans.
