The point would be to talk out their differences rather than continuing to air their grievances via social media verbal attacks.

Just have a debate focused on the issues.

She's dangerous and unhinged and she's using the fact that she is a Muslim to cow her own party into doing nothing about it. She's a bully and an inciter who appears to want some kind of race war. Her defund the police rhetoric has thankfully lost all traction and gone up in flames.

Newsflash Omar: There are lots of people of all racial groups who are law abiding, conservative republicans and that includes those who are Muslim Americans.
These are pretty gross exaggerations. I’m glad you seem fine with all of Boebert’s actions though. At least you’re consistent…

There is zero value in attempting to turn this into a TV debate. If they have anything to say to each other they should do so privately.

Nope. There is no exaggeration at all. Omar either needs to own her words, take responsibility for them or shut up.

Yet they both have the ability to vote in congress and what they vote on can as has affected everyone, whether its their constituents or not.

Maybe because after Ilhan Omar aired her views in a nationally televised debate, there would be a mass of people calling for her resignation?

Maybe not, but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...it's Omar.

You act like she’s never been in front of a camera. She did live debates with the opposing candidate prior to her congressional elections and has done multiple televised townhall meetings. They are out on the internet so you’re free to check them out if you’d like. All of those appearances had a specific purpose. This proposed debate with Boebert would not, beyond circus-esque entertainment.

Omar is the one calling for Republicans to be censured, impeached and otherwise silenced. Shouldn't she be able to offer reasoned debate as to why she thinks that some Representatives should be silenced and why she thinks that some constituents should lose their voice in our government?

Instead of hurling insults, debate the issues like a big girl.

Maybe after the Boebert/Omar debate, Candace Owens could debate AOC. Heck, Candace Owens could debate the entire Squad.

Yep, she stopped to Omar’s level….and I’m sure you’ve seen where Omar is an anti-Semite and defended her statements comparing Israel and the United States to terrorist organizations such as Hamas and the Taliban?

And let’s not forget Omar claimed Republican Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert "defecates [and] defiles the House of Representatives" and accused her husband of being "a pervert."

Omar is really good at dishing it out but is terrible at taking it.
