Even on the Left, the top issue was "Climate Change".

People are done with this nonsense. It's just the media gaslighting us into believing otherwise, and the nuttiest voices always being the loudest.
The top issue while interesting from the perspective of "concern", doesn't matter to any government official who is pushing COVID. While something like "Climate Change" can give governments some control. COVID gives them almost absolute control...and they know it. It is going to take a vast portion of that 94% of the people who say COVID isn't a major concern to step up.

You have hundreds of murders in liberal cities. You have bands of thieves stealing stores blind. Yet even today the biggest issue for them is the need to force restaurants to become the "vaccine police" if someone wants to actually eat inside a restaurant. Of course, this is always such an important and imminent critical health issue that they wait weeks before they implement it.

Absolutely.

In fact, there have been credible sources that have speculated that the COVID Lockdowns were in fact a dry run for the Climate Lockdowns.

After all, if you're not driving your gas guzzling car, and you're living off of handouts from the government, that's sooooooo much better for the environment - right?

That is correct and in case of an accident on the job your really screwed whether is was that day or two weeks prior.
Alchohol is legal but if they find some in your system in testing........
Legality makes no difference.

I am happy to see that people are fighting back.
OSHA previously reviewed this before the Biden Mandate and determined they had no authority for it

But will it open the companies up to lawsuits for those employees that went out and got the vaccine fearing they would lose their jobs?

"But they had a choice"......with a ton of coercion on top.

No pressure, unless you want to feed your family, pay your bills, and live indoors.

A list of companies need to be put together who mandated the mandate on their employees.

I see lots of moderate type liberals that are getting fed up with these mandates and restrictions.
It is just my point of view though and it seems to me the far left is following the extreme left with continuing this nonsense.
Think Conga dance with nit wits.

Ever notice that the extreme/far left is all about making us get vaccinated to the point of costing us our livelihood and they don’t say squat about letting the illegal aliens not having to get a shot (or sneaking in here).
This makes it obviously political and their claim for safety is just a bunch of crap.

They want control and they want it to end according to their storyline.

BUT...they altered some definitions and then issued the ruling.
Their alteration made covid out to be as deadly as anthrax "in the office"...

And that allowed them to put it out in the Federal Register on November 4 and it became rule on November 5 with no review using "emergency powers".

See how that became a rule overnight ? Normally comment period is 30-60 days before final ruling.

That is what I would like to know, too!

This won't happen right away, of course -- but if it is proven in, say, five years that the vaccines are dangerous to more than 5% of the population, will those who got the injections after the mandates were instituted and suffered a serious vaccine injury be able to sue and collect damages from the company?

(Of course, it would not surprise me if, in that case, the company would go out of business and then reopen under another name -- or just be taken over by some other parent company. And before I am "yelled at", I don't even know if that would be possible!)
