CO2 has been shown to absorb infrared radiation. It’s been known since John Tyndall’s experiments in 1859. It’s not just “an idea.” Do you honestly think that scientists sit around and come up with ideas without rigorously testing them? Your ignorance is astounding.
Absorbing IR isn't the same as significantly raising surface temperatures.
There is no consistent historical correlation between surface temperature and CO2 levels.
Guess he was talking about students in DC where they spend $23,000 per student and have the highest drop out rate and poorest scores in the country. Pure Democrat failure.
