He's handing over power to a loyalist, Vlad could be out of commission for a while.

This explains so much of his erratic behavior, to include starting a friggin war.

He does look terrible. So should not be a big surprise.

Donno. I could not find any official RUSSIAN confirmation to this and, sources from Ukraine or West, based on "ex high ranked military words" are, so far, hearsay. It's war, propaganda machine is in high gear.

Oliver Stone suggests NATO may commit a false-flag low-yield nuke attack in Ukraine and blame it on Russia:

Oliver Stone has intently followed and documented the escalating Ukraine conflict since the 2014 U.S. backed coup.

I understand, AOC, Rep Omar, and Michael Moore all have similar opinions.

The guy was democratically elected by a majority of Ukrainians.

Ultimately, Ukraine will have to be split up because the Russian majority in eastern Ukraine don't see eye to eye with the rest of Ukraine. They should be allowed to form their own state or join Russia if they wish. It should be decided by a fair election in the Donbas region.

The source for the Times of India article is an article in the New Post:

sorry Ukraine, you are now the #2 forum. Roe v wade rehash will be consuming all the lethal aid previously earmarked for you. Pro 'choice' separatists need the Javs for churches and schools to get their point across....

It was fun while it lasted.

We are in the fog of war so you have to take that into account but this could be a significant development. These guys called Kyiv before anybody else. Further verification is needed but this worth paying attention to right now.

In what may be one of the most impressive moves of the second phase of the war, Ukrainian forces bypassed Russian forces in multiple villages, took a series of small roads, and entered the town of Staryi Saltiv on Sunday—a move so unexpected that when I first got reports of Ukrainian forces in the town, I disregarded them. After all, there were several other areas with Russian occupation “in the way.”

But the Ukrainian move into Staryi Saltiv was real, and though fighting in the town continues, it seems that Russian forces that were south of that location, but on the west bank of the Donets, have gone missing. In other words, they’ve withdrawn north or south before they could be cut off and chopped up in an isolated position. As a result, a whole chain of villages appears to have come back into Ukrainian-controlled territory without the need for a step-by-step fight.
Quote:
For Russia, the threat is not so much that Ukrainian forces will march to the border and just keep going. The threat is right there in Staryi Saltiv. That’s because this town is the site of a highly strategic bridge crossing. If that bridge is intact, and Ukrainian forces could push over the Donets, they would be in the rear—and sitting on the supply line—of a whole series of Russian-held towns to the south. If they could push 15 miles north from there, they could reach Vovchans'k, a critically important road and rail junction. All the men and material coming in from Belgorod (20 miles northwest) passes through this point.
This is a place where the S600 Kamikaze drones and 155 mm Howitzers now arriving in country could have devastating effects.
