The Supreme Court needs to ground its decision in the Constitution - not public opinion. Our elected leaders are the ones who are supposed to respond to public opinion.
Does this mean other Supreme Court decisions are now subject to being overturned? So much of American life is based on SC decisions that have guided our way in so many areas. I would not want to see a bunch of other cases brought up for overturning.

Most likely fake news.
I don't think even the current right wing activist packed court would do this. I could be wrong.

The red state women that can afford to fly to other states will, poor women will not have the luxury.

Oh come on. If each state is supposed to decide ALL of its own laws, what exactly is the so called United States of America? We're just a "country" united by 300,000,000 IRS forms.

Well, you usually are. We'll see, but the Daily Mall and Politico have been right about stuff like this before.

They are, and always have been... if they were as poorly decided as Roe was.

A nation to be together needs a certain social cohesion... the political and social divisions have only been intensified in America... I don't know if it is still viable to maintain the federation.

State representatives in Texas are planning to do just that under the private cause of action the Legislature passed during the last session. They plan to sue anyone who facilitates a woman getting an abortion, regardless of where it occurs.

I'm sure the Democrat elites who donate hundreds of millions to elect their Marxist candidates can spare a few bucks to ensure these women have access to abortions, don't you?

Ah the states in their infinite wisdom making women another type of slave. Just what our founders intended.
