Overturning Roe v. Wade doesn't ban abortion. And, in fact, there is no state that will ban abortion once it's overturned. There will only be restrictions on abortion exactly as states have already placed restrictions on 2nd Amendment Rights. See? There is even already a precedent on State Legislatures restricting rights as they see fit.
But it's a matter of fact that states are passing laws that nearly ban all abortion. No way can you deny it. Doesn't that bring you tears of joy running down your face?
Well, Kelly and her guest dismissed that idea completely.
But who knows.
So, one of the details that was discussed, about Court security, is the clerks have a "burn bag" under their desk and any paper that leaves the clerks office goes straight to the incinerator. So it seems entirely possible that somebody taking out the trash could have done this.
This was a draft, created in February, and apparently there have been MANY revisions of this draft since, and before being leaked last week. So this draft, which has since been revised, has sat somewhere for a month and a half before being leaked.
Hmm. Curious.
Indeed it is. I think that it's going to come out and will have a reason.

"nearly" is not a complete ban, as you've been trying to push it is. They will still have quite a bit of time to kill and in CA and maybe other states after birth too...which will "bring you tears of joy running down your face", right?

Again, there is NO state that is planning on banning abortion. I honestly don't get why the left just can't understand that. Why the completely unnecessary hystrionics for something that isn’t even happening?

Do you really believe, that once Roe V Wade is overturned, no state will ban abortion?
As it is now, they can't ban abortion. Some states are coming as close to doing that as they are allowed.

I see no reason why states would ever ban all abortions. That's medically contraindicated in some cases.
