Democrats / progressives always have an edge because they embrace "feel good" ideas. And those who want to "feel good" and not be bothered with logic and reason will always want them in power because they feel they will do their feel good ideas... and they do not care about the results.

If republicans were smart they would push the idea of logic and reason as the ultimate virtue... so those who run on feelings would be disliked.

They would get PR people so help them sell the relatively unpopular business of reality... but they don't.

They have figured out it is easier to use the progressive model to keep them rich so, they don't care about the country.

Aren't Dems winning by exploiting weaknesses in human nature?

There are many people in this country who will vote Democrat no matter what. Yes, many of them do want or need government assistance. There are still many blue-collar people here in the Rust Belt who vote straight-ticket Democrat because that's what their daddy and his daddy before him done. None of this has much to do with high intellectualism.

Media and academia just seem to attract very left-wing sort of people. That's just how it is. Tech is made up mostly of really geeky guys, they aren't the types to find much to like in Donald Trump, George W. Bush, or Ron Desantis.

Can anyone explain to me how not so bright people gained so much control over those who claim to be smarter...the Republicans?
Why did dems vote for Biden? Simple, people were driven by pure emotions. Some of them hated Trump, on a purely personal basis. They didn't like Trump's mannerisms, didn't like his appearance, didn't like his brusque, rude, contentious and intimidating style of debate, and despised his verbal jousting with his political opponents. That's how we got Biden, and many people were lazy and just elected all dems, in a fit of retaliation against the hated orange man.

Add to this the bullying nature of the left. They actively engage in the political, professional and personal destruction of anyone who dares oppose or disagree with them, which gave us their cancel culture.

To boil this all down, the left are very politically and socially vocal and proactive. This makes them bullies, and most people choose to simply stay out of their cross-hairs and not make waves, for fear of being on the receiving end of the bullying tactics form the leftist mob.

The left seem like they are in the majority because they scream the loudest. Meanwhile, the majority of people are the 'live and let live' types. They go about their lives in private, and they certainly do not seek to force others to adopt their views. Most people may hold differing views from the neighbors, but they are NOT going to actively seek out and berate, intimidate and harass their neighbor, simply for holding a different view.

The left do not tolerate anyone with an opposing viewpoint, and they use the mob tactics of intimidation.

Republicans don't have to lie at all.
They can simply point their finger at all of the idiotic things Democrats have done or support.

For instance, the Democrat party's woke agenda claims that there are 40+ genders, that young children can undergo sex change procedures, and Democrat prosecutors, judges, and mayors are causing crime to skyrocket in liberal cities.

Republicans can simply point out that liberal policies like these are ridiculously stupid, moronic, and lack common sense, and the majority of people will probably agree with them.

Democrats are not putting their efforts into finding ways to help the country.

They are putting their efforts into finding ways to help the Democrat party.

They feel, that anything that helps the Democrat party, automatically helps the country, of course. The fact that they are nearly 100% wrong, is something they never even consider.

This is how they are able to decide that anyone or anything that opposes them, are automatically eeeeevil. And that, in turn, gives them the right to conduct total war against whoever opposes them. Not trying to argue with them, win debates, etc. But simply to destroy them.

It also gives them the authority to do whatever they want, without thinking it through or even putting it to a vote (except where Federal and state laws force them to). What they want it simply good for the country, just ask them. So why should they bother stopping and put it through the Democratic process?

The oxymoronic social democracy that is the basis of the Nazi party of Adolf Hitler in the Germany of the 1920s and the Marxism Communism of the Bolshevik Revolutions of 1905 and 1917 in the Russia of Vladimir Ilich Lenin and later of the Stalinism of Joseph Stalin in 1930-1950 are the fundamentalist bases of the Democratic Party in the USA, which is nothing more than a Nazi, fascist and communist party.

The constant rapprochement of American representatives affiliated with the "Democrat" party with the totalitarian and tyrannical dynasties of more than 60 years in power, such as the Communist Castro regime in Cuba, Chavismo-Madurismo in Venezuela and the Marxist Sandinismo in Nicaragua, and the constant oxygenation with dollars of the contributors to those tyrannies, it is the most evident proof that a Washington DC dominated by the left is much more Communist and retrograde than what Moscow was in its moments from 1917 to 1991.
If they are not so bright, how do Dems get away with cheating, lying, being fraudulent, & manipulating others? How can less intelligent hoodwink so man more intelligent people? Are there just more not so brights than their are bright people for them to exploit?

Why can smarter people (Republicans) stop them from doing these things?

So ot so bright Dems have the numbers, so its game-set-match? Are Pubs just trying to slow down their end game w/o anyway to win?

So you thing the not-so-brights are just louder & more forceful than the smarter Pubs? Will the Pubs ever amp up their aggressiveness to win, or will they just continue to meekly cave in to the bully's?
