while I'm betting the topic has been started ... you live in a fantasy world of "they are gonna get Trump" or the already exhibited world of "someone close enough to him we can claim he did it!"
I never said Trump himself would be convicted of these crimes I doubt Trump ever directly spoke to the leaders of these organizations. It's more likely that they did speak to someone like Roger Stone who already stated he had used them for security purposes.
The question is will someone like Stone or the inner circle rat on one of the Trump family members. It's possible Don JR might have been involved in the planning. Proud Boys are facing 20 years in federal prison, or rat out someone above them. Is Stone willing to die in prison to save Trump, or someone in his family.
FBI stated:
There was no evidence that Trump or those around him were involved.
That the text messages from the rioters, during that day, showed that Trump wasn't involved.
That those who'd planned on entering the Capitol building had no plans after entering the building.
That only a very small few had plans to do anything.
Why wasn't Epps charged the same as Rhodes, since their actions were similar? Why, exactly, did he and his pals have a get out of jail free card?
The FBI never stated that it was an APnews release from unnamed sources. Later Garland said no one had been ruled out of being involved.
