I never said Trump himself would be convicted of these crimes I doubt Trump ever directly spoke to the leaders of these organizations. It's more likely that they did speak to someone like Roger Stone who already stated he had used them for security purposes.
The question is will someone like Stone or the inner circle rat on one of the Trump family members. It's possible Don JR might have been involved in the planning. Proud Boys are facing 20 years in federal prison, or rat out someone above them. Is Stone willing to die in prison to save Trump, or someone in his family.
If these knucklehead losers conspired to enter the Capitol with ill will, if they engaged with and injured officers and destroyed parts of the building - lock them up.
Just quit thinking anything has happened yet that will GET TRUMP!!
Fun fact, he was organizing it. You don't have to be there for a conspiracy charge.

He was arrested Jan 4th and told to stay out of DC. The new leaders were arrested and put in solitary confinement for non-violent charges, and are named as part of this trial.
I doubt Trump was directly involved he might have known about it, but I could see this leading to someone like Roger Stone. The campaign did provide money to these groups. It was though Roger Stone he claimed it was was for security, but likely Roger was coordinating with them to attack the capital building. Roger Stone has a history of this type of stuff with Brooks Brothers riot in Florida.
Are you kidding ? He was well aware of it and the texts emails and calls prove it. Leaders just nod their heads, and let the dirty work be done by others.
FBI stated:
There was no evidence that Trump or those around him were involved.
That the text messages from the rioters, during that day, showed that Trump wasn't involved.
That those who'd planned on entering the Capitol building had no plans after entering the building.
That only a very small few had plans to do anything.
Why wasn't Epps charged the same as Rhodes, since their actions were similar? Why, exactly, did he and his pals have a get out of jail free card?
And the group camped out at the hotel ?
