Even Ruth was against the Roe v Wade decision

So be careful if you think about moving. You will have a lot of research to do.

But that is exactly what a state is, historically…a mini country. They have their own government and their own laws, even their own borders, their own National guardsmen. Certain things like the army/navy and currency were ceded to the feds for convenience’s sake.

Combine condom use with female BC methods and you bring the effectiveness to nearly 100%. Condoms are cheap and available in many stores across the country. Only negative side effect is if one has a latex allergy and you’re using a latex condom. They offer other condoms that aren’t latex.
In his opinion today, Thomas stated that a number of cases should be reexamined and overturned like the following:

Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479. was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects the liberty of married couples to buy and use contraceptives without government restriction.

It's a shame that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh didn't go back and review what they said at their confirmation hearings about Roe v. Wade:

Gorsuch, in 2017, would only characterize Roe as “a precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court” reaffirmed by several subsequent cases. He went on to say that precedent fills out U.S. law.

“Once a case is settled, that adds to the determinacy of the law. What was once a hotly contested issue is no longer a hotly contested issue. We move forward,” he added.

In his 2018 confirmation hearing, Kavanaugh was questioned repeatedly about Roe and Casey.

“It is important precedent of the Supreme Court that has been reaffirmed many times,” Kavanaugh said of Roe. “It is not as if it is just a run of the mill case that was decided and never been reconsidered, but Casey specifically reconsidered it, applied the stare decisis factors, and decided to reaffirm it. That makes Casey a precedent on precedent.”

Too bad they were lying. What's really sad is that anyone believed them at the time.

Shame on the Dems for not doing making Roe v. Wade law when they had the chance. Hopefully now people will realize they can't take anything for granted.

June 24th needs to be made a national holiday as it's the beginning of the end of one of the two greatest moral blots in US history:
  1. The legalized enslavement of millions of human beings.
  2. The legalized murder of more than 60 million unborn babies.
History repeats itself of course. After the slaves were freed in the 1800's, there were groups like the KKK that waged violent terror in the South. There were things like Jim Crow laws. Abuses have been heaped upon black people merely for the fact that they are black. These were all a backlash against of America finally denouncing and ending something that was thoroughly evil, ugly and reprehensible.

So we will see violent extremists rioting, demanding that we go back to defining some human beings as sub-human and undeserving of any rights or protections. The Left which has been blathering on about insurrection for over a year are about to launch into full-blown insurrection mode. They're going to murder people. They're going to trample the rights of anyone and everyone they can find a way to blame for this. We've been here before. This is exactly what selfish evil people do when their chosen evil practice is denied to them. Why do we never learn that dehumanizing certain categories of human beings to fulfill our own selfish agendas is always wrong.

True they lied, but they followed the Constitution in their decision.

The Dems have 50 chances to codify Roe v. Wade into law.

We have always been the UNITED States. With individual but similar laws for most things. One country. This SC decision and any others that get overturned and "returned to the states" are only adding to the reasons we are splitting apart at the seams.

I hope my grandkids don't end up having to flee this country like my grandparents had to flee unlivable places in Europe back in the early 1900s.

Just like the KKK rampaging through the South in denial of the abolition of slavery. This is just the sort of thing that evil people do when evil is made illegal. No great surprise.
