I totally agree, however, it is the women screaming the most about this...

Without the landmark precedent in place, access to abortion began to change quickly. First, 13 states with “trigger bans,” designed to take effect if Roe were struck down, will prohibit abortion within 30 days. At least eight states banned the procedure the day the ruling was released.

The person with the effected uterus is the person who makes the decision.

I am referring to posters on this very forum who have been very clear in their posts... they want to eliminate abortions but have no intention of paying one dime more for the extra babies who will be born. This has been clearly explained by a significant number of posters in recent abortion threads.

And, no, if two people are involved in the creation of a baby, then both people should have an equal say when it comes to the fate of said baby.

If they do not have equal rights when it comes to the consequence of the action (the baby), then they should not have equal responsibility when it comes to preventing that consequence.

This is basic logic.

I am one of those posters. I resent the idea that I can be responsible and not have babies out of wedlock, yet I'm still expected to clean up the messes of the irresponsible. No, thanks.

Women were never mentioned in the Constitution either. Where does that leave us? A lot of things were not mentioned in the Constitution yet we have many federal laws on a variety of things. Do these laws all have to be reviewed now?
