That's quite an opinion, this it the pro-birth movement bit they don't seem to care much after the child is born. These states will be on par with the Congo and Iraq.

Rightfully so. The rights of the fetus do not trump the rights of the woman who is pregnant. Besides, a fetus cannot speak and lacks the requisite brain power to even know it exists.
Plenty of humans cannot speak (mute), and many lack the brain power of awareness (Dementia, coma, mental illness, stroke)

The republican actions regarding the supreme court picks under Obama and Trump is what politicized the court, this is just the end result. If it was a republican president and the normal process was followed then there would not be such a furor.

There is this very very Constitutional thing. It's called "equal protection under the law" which comes from the 14th Amendment. It is this part of the 14th Amendment that keeps white people or black people from gaining preferential treatment. It is this clause that makes it illegal for employers to hire, fire, promote, or pay less money on the basis of gender or race. And by that same token, a woman cannot have more rights than any other human being. That would include the baby growing inside her.
As to how self-aware an unborn baby is, the more we learn the more we realize that babies are a lot more aware than anyone could have imagined. But frankly, your contempt for unborn babies is extremely disturbing. It certainly sounds like you hold unborn babies with absolute contempt, viewing them as worthless trash. It does seem that you refuse to acknowledge their humanity in any way whatsoever. Kinda creepy to be honest. This is an emotionally charged issue to be certain, but that's a whole lotta baby-hatred there.
The unborn are not persons. Future persons, perhaps, but while in the womb. And that's ignoring the fact that it's despicable of anyone to force a woman to carry an unwanted pregnancy to term. It's no one's business but hers.
