Not every human who dies gets a death certificate. For example, in fetal homicide cases, the perp is convicted of fetal homicide even when the death of a fetus does not cause a fetal death certificate to be issued. Your question is moot.

Why keep asking the same question over and over if you lack the ability to understand the answer?
You seem to lack the ability to understand that your "forcing a 10 y/o rape victim to give birth" comment is a false talking point, no one was or was trying to force that child to give birth.

Sadly, you have been misinformed.
The state she was living in, Ohio, wanted to force this 10 y/o to give birth. She had to go to another state to end her pregnancy.
Since then, Jim Bopp and numerous other Republican lawmaker have made public statements about how 10-year-old rape victim should be forced to give birth.
I read that post and wondered above the thought process behind it.
Then you explain how anyone can be convicted of fetal homicide when there was no death certificate issued for the dead fetus. Many states, for example, don't issue a fetal death certificate unless the fetus is 20 weeks or older. But their fetal homicide laws specifically state that killing a fetus at any stage of development is felony homicide.

The Ohio AG already debunked that misrepresentation in a public statement. She could have had a legal abortion in OH, and anyone in a similar circumstance can as well.

No Ohio did not. Under the abortion statute she could have had an abortion in Ohio.
She was being used by the left for political talking points.

If one believes "my body my choice" in relation to masks and vaccines, then one must also believe "my body my choice" in regards to a woman getting an abortion.
Do you agree?
Bingo…thank you for proving my point that folks pick and choose when it comes to what the government tells us what we’re allowed to do with our bodies. My body my choice changed real quick for many.

Some guy says. He does not speak for everyone, or most for that matter. gmab.
The "Party of Pedophiles", yeah, pedo leader Biden* pretended to be disgusted and used that child as political fodder too.
You mean, "hey kids love to rub my legs" Biden?
