Now justice Thomas is going after the rights for contraceptions and same-sex marriage, so they’re not banning abortion to save lives after all. They just want to impose their religious views on the American people.

These red states also just want to pawn off their issues to the blue states, a selfish and irresponsible political moves.
And one could say that the "blue states" don't care about Women of Color figuring it's just better to kill off their babies instead of trying to help them.

Or how about this. If a woman doesn't want to have a baby, then keep their legs closed. Just like if a man doesn't want a baby, keep his pants zipped up.

Or the justices are intelligent enough to realize that there was nothing in the Constitution that gave them that authority in the first place. So they moved the decision back to the States. Perhaps you should channel your anger on those states and work with those states to get laws put in place to allow abortion. Or is that too much and you just prefer to complain?

I feel sorry for our daughters and granddaughters and all the women generations from now on. I am fortunate enough to still be able to afford to live in a blue state. I’ve never before considered retiring abroad, but this ruling starts to sway my thinking regarding that. It maybe a good time to get that extra citizenship in Greece or Portugal as some have already done.
Well if you hate the US that much over this issue then don't let the door hit you on the way out...

Actually NO. He said it should be "reconsidered". He can't go after anything that isn't brought up to them, and it has nothing to do with religion. Ironically if it wasn't for the Progressive Left agenda to keep pushing and trying to move the bar, the Dobbs case would likely have never have even been brought up to the Supreme Court. So if you want to look at really who to "blame", perhaps take a look at the same Progressives.

Oh and one other thing. All we seem to hear from the Left is that 70% of the people feel abortion should be allowed. The Democrats have known that this eventually might end up in the Supreme Court. Yet over the last several Democratic Presidents with Democratic majorities, Clinton, Obama, and Biden, there has never been any real attempt to Codify Abortion into law. With Obama and the majority he had, it would have been a cakewalk. Yet here we are...

The Progressives in Congress aren't saying that they are working on law. They are out there telling people to riot, protest, and outright ignore the US Supreme Court. Supreme Court justices have had to go to "Safe Houses" because this administration not only hasn't condemned this rhetoric, they condone it.

People will adapt (there are tons of ways) or drive change. If you seriously are asking these questions then watch and learn

Christians. Historically we adopt at 2x the national average, build shelters, pregnancy centers, etc.

I don't know of any Christian that is wringing his hands whining that he will have to help a baby or mom.

States that ban abortions better do something to assist.

Go after the sperm donor with a vigor.

Many men go around playing Russian roulette and when the time comes, they need to man up and pay up.

Of course there are endless questions. It's no different than any other question about life.
  1. What is murder?
  2. Do we treat all murders the same way?
  3. When is it self defense and when is it not self defense?
  4. Is it okay to pull the plug on a person in a vegetative state and who decides that?
  5. Should assisted suicide be illegal?
  6. If a pregnant woman is murdered, is it a double-homicide?
  7. Is it okay for a brutal murderer to be put to death by the government?
  8. When is it acceptable to remove children from the custody of their parents?
  9. How do you define rape and what is the punishment for it?

The state governments have figured out the answers to these questions and no two states have done it exactly the same way. If New York wants to pass a law stating that life begins on your 5th birthday and you can be legally aborted up to that point, then that's the law in New York. If Oklahoma passes laws against any and all abortion and suddenly a whole bunch of accommodation is needed for women who can no longer get an abortion, then they'll have to figure that out. The states just barely got ability to decide anything abortion-related back, so it's going to take awhile for them to sort everything out.

It's the "hopefully" part that is unrealistic. How do you make an irresponsible person be responsible? You can't. So then you have irresponsible parents raising kids who become irresponsible themselves.

Don't be silly. The deep-red states already sport record-breaking numbers for infant mortality. They don't care.

This about making certain that loose women feel the consequences of their immoral ways. Having a few destitute women and their children just provides handy examples. What's the fun in showing off your own impeccably moral life if you don't have some sinners to look down on?
